Pursuing efficient approaches
Natural disasters, pandemic-related economic dislocations, infectious diseases, and wars that happened every once in a while within our globe would never cease to throwing challenging moments in our lives.
In 2023, Our team leader Marjorie Mangalonzo who worked as a most experienced tour guide in THE SMOKEY TOURS came up with her strategies ever since activities she had been engaging for a long time were nearly suspended about how to make post-pandemic projects more efficient and sustainable
Together with a Japanese business man (Koji Osawa) who used to join her guided tours repeatedly, we incrementally got to sort out hypothesis that are worth turning into actions and finally began to release quality guided tours to guests from all over the worlds.
Our Frame of reference
Great things are never built by people who knew how to do things all along, but by those who have a resilience and grit to try, fail, and iterate towards their missions.
To stay great at projects requires the willingness and ability to learn new things to contextualize a spectrum of possibilities instead of hopefully clinging on the resource of the past glory. We are constantly willing to look at our own inadequacies to create the greatest services to make a change possible.
